Comic strips is a good idea in sustainable development. teacher ask the students to cut the comic strips from the old newspaper to use it daily in the classroom.instead of using photocopy paper, this method can conserve tree from being cut. This practices called reuse. in terms of education, it helps in speaking and writing skill. for instance, teacher can use the comic to ensure that the students pronounce the word in the strips correctly. Other thing, teacher can provide a blank comic strips and ask the student to create their own dialog in the bubbles space available. - zureza-
I agree with zuamo about using comic strip because it is environmental friendly especially if we are reusing old comics/newspaper.but i am sure as teacher,we would face problems to collect these materials to fix with numbers of students in class.my suggestion is maybe we can ask the students to bring their own old comic books/newspapers to class and implement this fun activity in school.they would loving it.
